This Haiku is the start of a longer poem I am currently working on about Witch Circles, but I think it can stand on is own as well. within the circlewe are together and safea holy union
This haiku came to me, when first my son couldn’t sleep and, after he crawled into my bed and fell asleep, I was wide awake. So I stared at the moon for some time and wrote this Haiku. drawing the mooninto the depth of my soulin a sleepless night
dark moon lost in the sky waning, till she is invisible quiet night surrounds me I curl up in the darkness welcoming my shadows I do not fear any longer what holds me now is this sort of hope for a new moon This is from a prompt from the lovely Kate Belew!
